The design of this hotel (formerly the Beverly Hotel) combines 'European Modern Elegance' with Emery Roth's original 1927 architecture.
Project Challenges
- Many thousands of feet of custom molded crown molding, base and chair rail were used to create the classical elements of the design.
- 932 individual cabinets were manufactured to create the 209 custom pantries in each of the guest rooms and suites.
